Kentucky state representative commits suicide after denying allegations that he sexually molested a 17 year old girl.

Courtesy of WDRB:

Kentucky State Rep. Dan Johnson, who was under investigation for alleged sexual molestation, died of a "probable suicide," the Bullitt County coroner said Wednesday night.

Bullitt County Sheriff Donnie Tinnell said Johnson drove onto the bridge over the Salt River on Greenwell Ford Road in Mt. Washington, parked on the north side of it and shot himself in front of his car. His body was found on the bank of the river, just past the bridge.

Just before 5 p.m. Wednesday, Johnson posted the following message on his Facebook page:

"The accusations from NPR are false GOD and only GOD knows the truth, nothing is the way they make it out to be. AMERICA will not survive this type of judge and jury fake news . Conservatives take a stand. I LOVE GOD and I LOVE MY WIFE, who is the best WIFE in the world,My Love Forever ! My Mom and Dad my FAMILY and all five of my kids and Nine grandchildren two in tummies and many more to come each of you or a total gift from GOD stay strong, REBECCA needs YOU . 9-11-2001 NYC/WTC, PTSD 24/7 16 years is a sickness that will take my life, I cannot handle it any longer. IT Has Won This Life . BUT HEAVEN IS MY HOME. “PLEASE LISTEN CLOSELY, Only Three things I ask of you to do,if you love me is (1)blame no person,Satan is the accuser, so blame the Devil himself. (2) Forgive and Love everyone especially yourself .(3)most importantly LOVE GOD. P.S. I LOVE MY FRIENDS YOU ARE FAMILY ! GOD LOVES ALL PEOPLE NO MATTER WHAT !"

The coroner said police were alerted after someone saw that Facebook post by Johnson. Officers then pinged Johnson's phone and found his body.

Johnson was found dead of a bullet wound, and it appears that his Facebook post is a suicide note, so I do not think that the word "probable" is especially necessary in this case.

Johnson, who called himself the "Pope," was known to post racist images of President Obama and his family on Facebook, and he originally addressed these allegations by denying them and then busting out a Christmas carol.

Can they rule out homicide? Like if someone wanted to prevent further crimes coming to light? Apparently this guy had a documented history of arson and public scrutiny of his behavior may have made people nervous.

"(Given that said rapey pastor was also super racist and just all the other associated gross things you’d expect in this year of our Lord 2017, we are struggling to find grace here.)
"we doubt that your average GOP state rep who is also a pastor reads Wonkette. (It’s probably all the fuck words, because as we all know on the scale of relative morality one must avoid the fuck words even if one is molesting one’s parishioners, because the Bible tells us to avoid all appearance of evil and that one’s apparently a lot easier to follow than the part about don’t force young girls to have sex!)

    1. The religious tight asses have never been able to separate the vernacular from swearing or cursing. So they just lump it all together. The Ten Commandments say to respect God and not take his name in vain.

In other words God Damn It is a no-no. But nothing wrong with fuck or asshole as far as the bible is concerned. It’s the Puritans that fucked this country up.

Even Jesus drank wine but how many are teetotalers and think drinking is a sin?

God put Jesus on this earth to experience life as a man. What 33 year old man hasn’t had sex of some kind? And if no out of marriage, then maybe Jesus was married. OH, THE HORRORS.

12 disciples and Jesus. 13 men. You telling me in that group there wasn’t one gay man? Statistics says there probably was at least one.

Yeah, the Puritans totally fucked us over. We still suffer from their mental disorders.

Nothing is as it is portrayed to be....

So the fact the young lady filed a report with the police (a rare occurance for sexual assault) is misrepresented exactly how??

If Dan had listened to his heart and not his penis... What am I saying? He was a Dominionist. He had no heart and used his penis instead of his brain. Sad for his family. Happy the man himself took himself off the mortal coil.

Oh - as for his attempt to blame PTSD - I would feel sympathy if he and his ilk didn't disparage proven methods for dealing with the disorder to focus on prayer only. He explemplifies do as I say, not as I do.

"On the eve of the 15th season and 3,000th episode of my nightly talk show, I was as shocked as anyone else by PBS’ announcement today. Variety knew before I did.
I have the utmost respect for women and celebrate the courage of those who have come forth to tell their truth. To be clear, I have never groped, coerced, or exposed myself inappropriately to any workplace colleague in my entire broadcast career, covering 6 networks over 30 years.
    Never. Ever. Never.
PBS launched a so-called investigation of me without ever informing me. I learned of the investigation when former staffers started contacting me to share the uncomfortable experience of receiving a phone call from a stranger asking whether, I had ever done anything to make them uncomfortable, and if they could provide other names of persons to call. After 14 seasons, that’s how I learned of this inquiry, from the streets.
Only after being threatened with a lawsuit, did PBS investigators reluctantly agree to interview me for three hours.
If having a consensual relationship with a colleague years ago is the stuff that leads to this kind of public humiliation and personal destruction, heaven help us. The PBS investigators refused to review any of my personal documentation, refused to provide me the names of any accusers, refused to speak to my current staff, and refused to provide me any semblance of due process to defend myself against allegations from unknown sources. Their mind was made up. Almost immediately following the meeting, this story broke in Variety as an “exclusive.” Indeed, I learned more about these allegations reading the Variety story than the PBS investigator shared with me, the accused, in our 3 hour face to face meeting.
My attorneys were sent a formal letter invoking a contractual provision to not distribute my programming, and that was it.
Put simply, PBS overreacted and conducted a biased and sloppy investigation, which led to a rush to judgment, and trampling on a reputation that I have spent an entire lifetime trying to establish.
This has gone too far. And, I, for one, intend to fight back.
It’s time for a real conversation in America, so men and women know how to engage in the workplace. I look forward to actively participating in that conversation."

"Moore and Trump made immigration, the wall, abortion, and gun control' the MANtra
"The con game Steve Bannon has pulled on Republicans in the last year-and-a-half goes something like this: Only Bannon and Breitbart have an ear to the ground and a finger on the pulse of the new nationalist movement that’s reshaping conservatism and its own image. The scam centers on the concept that a rising force of nationalists who hate brown people, gay people, and anyone who doesn’t toe the neo-nationalist line is unstoppable, implacable, and at the immediate disposal of Trump and Bannon. The scam puts hatred of the media and “elites” (by which they mean, “people who can read”) before any conservative principle."Tuesday night was a small victory for decency and political sanity. It was a moment when America’s reddest state said, “Nah. We’re good with the abortion guy over the guy who wants to hit it with high-school girls.” It was a signal that the decency caucus in D.C., as small and scared as they feel sometimes, have a path out of the madness of Trumpism"

    President Oorin Hatch~IT~man RULE$!
“Early masturbation experiences introduce the individual to sexual thoughts which may become habit forming and reinforcing to homosexual interests,”
“Self-masturbation is almost universal among those who engage in homosexual behavior, and is a very difficult habit for most to overcome.”
"The Mormon church believes homosexuality is “of grave concern” because it may involve violent or criminal behavior and is as sinful as heterosexual adultery and fornication,"
"Homosexuality is a learned behavior influenced by unhealthy development in early childhood, and says that absentee fathers and dominant mothers are among the main culprits for these developmental problems leading to homosexuality."lays out guidelines for counseling Mormons with “homosexual problems.” Gay Mormons who do not renounce their sexual orientation will be prohibited from participating in the church"“Persons who have engaged in homosexual activities and who have not totally repented and forsaken these evil practices will not be admitted to study at or be employed by any church university, college, school, or program,"ome Mormons have taken the position that homosexuality itself is not sinful but engaging in homosexual sex is. Given that reality, the website Mormon and Gay launched last year to help gay Mormons openly discuss maintaining their faith without practicing their sexuality.

The website is owned by the church and is the first time the church acknowledged that people do not choose to be gay. Still, it is unclear how many people are aware of the website or its teachings.""The Mormon church has significantly softened its position on the origins of same-sexuality, and no longer overtly encourages reparative or conversion therapy,""<PUKE ON THAT!

    harder baby harder
"In 2016, white women voted for Trump. In 2012, they voted for Romney. In 2008, they voted for McCain and George W. Bush in 2004. Last night, they broke for Roy Moore, a man who in his thirties was banned from the Gadsden mall for hassling teenage girls for dates. And yet, white women still voted for him, as though they’d forgotten they were ever teenage girls.

White men did the same thing each time, but harder."

      https://www.yahoo.com/gma/alabama-voters-split-allegations-against-moore-exit-poll-230805328--abc-news-topstories.html

"Among key groups, Democrat Doug Jones led Moore by 17 percentage points among women in exit poll results, 58-41 percent, a sharp shift from 12- and 21-point Republican margins among women in the 2012 presidential and 2008 Senate elections in the state, the last two races in which exit polls were conducted.

Jones’ support from women was concentrated, in particular, among women with children under 18 at home, who backed him by 66-32 percent. The Moore controversy involved his alleged advances toward young and underage women.

Jones won 31 percent of whites, double Barack Obama’s share in 2012 and nearly triple the Democratic share in the 2008 Senate race. College-educated white women and non-evangelical whites swung very sharply toward the Democrat. Blacks, a nearly unanimous group for Jones, accounted for 28 percent of voters, in line with their past turnout despite a more restrictive voter ID law enacted in 2014."

With a 1.5% lead of about 20,000, those white women that believed the accusers and voted for Jones made a difference. The turnout of the Black vote also turned the tide to Jones.

      This was a unique election.

If the Republicans come up with a decent candidate, those white women who are Republican will likely swing right back.

  17. "Satan is the accuser".

So, the woman who reported this is a liar?

The woman who reported this is Satan?

The woman who reported this is a tool of Satan?

Any way you look at it, it's more perverts screaming "FAKE NEWS" when their accusers finally have the courage to step forward and expose them. But because they're women (or children) we're not supposed to pay any attention and just assume they're lying.

    Fuck that.

This sniveling coward offed himself rather than face his accuser because he knows he'll be exposed, shamed and basically lose everything; his job, his family, his wife, his status in the community, his church if he has one. So he leaves a parting shot to exonerate himself (because who would lie in a suicide note), make an excuse and blame his accuser.

    Fucking asshole.

I hope his wife has him put in a basket, cremated and then throws the ashes away. No casket, no service, no funeral, no burial, no nothing. Incinerate him like so much garbage. Not even a headstone. Erase him.
